We began as a small 3 person real estate team and have now grown to 15 companies functioning as a solid unit with a unified goal of helping others to live the biggest life possible through business success.

Local Accomplishments:
In 2021, Four of our JSE companies were voted in the top 5 Best of the Best in the Red River Valley. (KW Inspire for Best Real Estate Company, Spire for Best Homebuilder, Regency for Best Small Business to Work For, and Forward Mortgage for Best Mortgage Company (also in 2019 and 2020)! KW Realty Professionals was voted Best Real Estate Company in Ottertail County 2020, and our Minot KW office was also nominated as the Best Real Estate Company in Minot. We’ve had several Real Estate agents nominated or win REALTOR® of the YEAR by their local associations or local news sources. Regency Title won the Chamber of Commerce’s ChamberChoice award for Small Business of the Year, Prairie Business Magazin’s Top 50 places to Work, and FM Association of REALTORS ® Business Partner of the Year. JSE, Inc. was recognized in 2019 naming its founder, Jeff Shipley as the Fargo-Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneur of The Year for 2019. Four of our companies were named to the Top 5 in our local Market in 2019 by Inforum Best of the Best in Fargo Moorhead, and we once again received awards from KW for sales, teams, and other performance metrics. JSE as a family of companies has grown exponentially in a short period of time, earning National recognition. JSE Inc was named in the top 25% of the Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies in the US.
In 2016, there were four active companies, with two separate real estate companies that held investment rentals. In total there was approx. 75 people across all companies. As at the end of 2021, there are fifteen active companies, with over 300 people, and growing rapidly!

Jeff Shipley is our ambitious, visionary leader. Since the very beginning of his real estate career in 2004, he has been building and creating the idea of a family of companies who exist to help others live the biggest life possible. When he discovered Keller Williams, he knew this was a franchise that felt like home and could help him add the value he envisioned to the lives of the agents. He began the FM team in 2009 and managed the local Keller Williams office for years as Operating Principal before purchasing it in Summer of 2015. Since then, all of the other companies have joined our family with the intent of adding more and more value to the team and therefore their clients.
We are becoming a one stop shop for the home ownership experience, as we are able to assist with loan origination, real estate transactions, custom home building, title work, and investments. We believe that when you know better, you do better. So our main focus has always been on developing and educating our team members – not just in the operations of real estate, but in personal growth, mindset, financial management and how to run a profitable business.
We aspire that our agents and employees are fulfilled in their daily activities, act from abundance and contribution and always strive for a win win in all interactions. We believe that when you take care of your people, they take care of their clients. And that’s a WIN all around.

JSE Inc. acts as the parent and managing company to all our entities. JSE, Inc. now manages over fifteen companies and growing, with more than 300 people across three states.
Keller Williams Inspire Realty (KWIN)
With its home base in Fargo, ND, it also includes offices and/or agents in Jamestown, Bismarck, Minot, and Grand Forks. With over 140 licensed agents, including admin and operational support staff, KWIN has grown exponentially since being acquired by JSE ownership in July 2015. KWIN is the #1 Residential Real Estate Company in ND, covering from the Montana Border through Lakes Country, MN. We have increased agent count 175% and have profit shared over $362,000 since joining the JSE family in 2015.
Keller Williams Realty Professionals (KWRP)
Its home office is in Baxter, MN, with offices and/or agents in Fergus Falls, Isle, Park Rapids, Cross Lake, Little Falls, Alexandria, Detroit Lakes and others. Now with over 80 agents, KWRP has grown exponentially to be a premier player in the North Central Region. 2021 was our highest performing year yet for Closed Sales Volume (CSV). We have grown our CSV by over 250% since being acquired by JSE leadership in 2016. We are the dominating company in our Fergus Falls market area and are now a strong #2 in the Baxter and surrounding county area. As of the end of 2021, we’ve profit shared over $775,000 since KWRP joined our family of companies in 2016.
The FM Team
Home base in KW Inspire in Fargo, this team is ranked as one of the Top 3% of teams in KW Worldwide, of over 10,000 teams! The FM Team has grown to a true powerhouse, with over 18 agents in production, not including the admin team. . In the last 3 years, the closed Sales Volume for the team increased by 145%. We continue to recognize we attract top talent based on who we are, and the journey we are on. We will continue to help others enjoy the journey as they too join our expanding team!
Regency Title
One of the newer additions to JSE, this title company was acquired in February 2018 with offices in Fargo and Minnetonka. Since being acquired by the JSE family, Regency has positioned themselves in the top 3 title companies in Fargo-Moorhead, and increased closings by 230% in three short years. The team has more than doubled in size and we moved into a new office space in Plymouth MN to allow for continued growth throughout the tri-state area and beyond!
Spire Custom Homes
A boutique home builder, Spire went through a year of transformation in 2019, rebranding and also adding half a dozen newly designed plans in pricepoints that reflect the desires of the local market. We have tripled the size of our team and the number of homes built per year since 2018. Previously in 600K plus range, we are now offering custom homes starting in the 300s. Spire is built on quality workmanship, service that we would give our own families, and a diverse set of plans able to meet the needs of most homeowners, regardless of budget and preferences. Forward Mortgage
The newest addition to the JSE family of companies, Forward Mortgage is a full-service mortgage brokerage and it was already named one of the top 5 mortgage companies in the market in all three of its first years of operation! We have an extremely talented team of loan officers and processors who are consistently adding new loan programs to meet the needs of each client. They strive to get you a competitive rate/smart loan program and rival the communication and professionalism of any lender in the region.
